Karen Young leads a firm specializing in building inclusion capability as an innovative and strategic lever for business and professional results. Throughout her career, she has focused on understanding and improving the capability of individuals and organizations to understand themselves through the lens of diversity, equity and inclusion, focus on progress, utilize their strengths and achieve results. She brings a strategic and pragmatic approach to addressing complex, diverse and multicultural systemic change and a collaborative approach to engage and develop readiness and DEI expertise at all levels of the organization.
Karen currently serves on the PIOW board, as well as the Boston Alliance of Gay Lesbian Bisexual Transgender Youth (BAGLY).
