Dr. Kiera Penpeci is an organizational and leadership psychologist with a background in nonprofit, higher-ed, and high-tech organizations. The focus of her work is in developing diversifying organizations to improve the quality of their practices, to increase the sense of belonging, and to prime them to operate with DEI in mind.

Kiera has about a decade of experience in Human Resources (HR) and organizational development where she has partnered with global organizations in navigating a range of people needs such as performance management and change management. The focus of her current work in OD and DEI consulting includes leveraging her deep knowledge of people systems to coach, advise, facilitate, and assess small local non-profits to large multinational corporations.

Kiera earned a BS in Psychology at University of Massachusetts at Boston, and an MA in Organizational Development and a PsyD in Organizational and Leadership Psychology from William James College. Additionally, she is a certified yoga instructor and professor at her alma mater. She integrates the intersection of her various educational experiences to foster an approach to her work that is rooted in individual and organizational healing.

In additional to her consulting work, Kiera commits to spreading awareness and advocating for opportunities for womxn at the intersection of gender, sexuality and race at people-centered panels and speaking engagements. She previously served as an advisor to the Wily Network board, Girls in Tech, and as a board member of TechTogether.
