Tori serves as a Senior Director Analyst at Gartner. In this role, Tori provides industry-leading, objective insights, advice and tools to guide leaders from strategy through to execution. Specific areas of focus in this position include digital workplace programs, smart workplaces, workplace management, integrated workplace management systems (IWMS), and the future of work. In 2018, Tori began to structure a narrative of Human Centered IT to draw our attention away from providing tools and instead drive the conversation back to the people who are the most valuable asset to your Digital Workplace program. By building a diverse community of executive stakeholders, business champions, and viral influencers, Tori’s has consistently increased the most crucial measurement of success: adoption. Tori has directed end user technologies in entertainment, non-profit, education, financial services, and software development.
Tori has been dedicated to a lifelong practice of sharing their story transparently, beginning with participating in youth panels facilitated by the Rainbow Room, part of the Hartford Gay and Lesbian Health Collective, and by starting one of Connecticut’s first high school Gay-Straight Alliances, and continuing to now moderate and serve on panels and discussions, sharing their unique lens. Tori and their family is committed to serving the LGBTQ community and are proud Protector’s Circle supporters and volunteers for Family Equality, advancing legal and lived equality for LGBTQ families, and for those who wish to form them. Tori serves on the Board of Directors for Pride In Our Workplace a Massachusetts, a nonprofit corporation to improve diversity and inclusion in the workplace for LGBTQ professionals and allies in the Greater Boston area. Tori lives in Arlington, Massachusetts with their wife Sunnie and daughter, Anika.
