Durrell Queen is a community advocate and former workforce development associate. He served in his most recent role at Mass General Brigham, one of the largest healthcare systems in the US, for over two years and holds a certificate in Transformational DEI from the Greater Boston Chamber of Commerce. Durrell aims to to create career and advancement opportunities for diverse and underrepresented populations in the healthcare sector.
Durrell’s core competencies include program recruitment, training partnerships, participant placement, career development guidance, and workshop facilitation. Working closely with HR and managers to help manage internship and training placements, he collaborates with community workforce development leaders to provide coaching and support for participants. He also leverages his networking and conflict resolution skills to establish and maintain relationships with employers, schools, and community organizations.
Durrell is passionate about empowering people to achieve their professional goals and contributing to a more diverse, equitable, and inclusive workforce.
