Pride in Our Workplace helps all LGBTQ+ takent and allied community partners drive positive change in New England.
By centering the LGBTQ+ perspective within our most important conversations, we help LGBTQ+ talent and allied organizations create thriving workplace cultures and communities. We spotlight important, often unheard points of view on timely issues, help connect LGBTQ+ organizations with one another, and provide communities with the tools they need to grow and thrive. These organizations are our active partners in making Boston and New England at-large a more equitable environment for the LGBTQ+ community.
