Andy Rubinson
Andy Rubinson (he/him) is a passionate leader in Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Belonging (DEIB) with a strong focus on advancing LGBTQ+ equality and fostering cross-Employee Resource Group (ERG) collaboration.
With over two decades of experience in corporate and non-profit leadership, Andy has excelled in his work managing ERGs globally and partnering with allied executives to drive impactful LGBTQ+ initiatives.

PIOW Board President Bryan Vermes has years of experience in organizational culture design and development, embedding inclusive practices that support LGBTQ+ employees. Within PIOW, since joining in 2021, Bryan has led sponsor and community events and served as Vice President of the Board for a two-year term.
Joining PIOW’s executive leadership team are Alex Nally as Treasurer, and a soon to be appointed Vice President.

a strategic, practical approach to helping mission-driven and public-sector organizations make
sense of complexity and move forward with clarity.
In her role at BDO USA, Caitlyn works closely with executive leadership teams, boards, and
cross-functional staff to assess organizational direction, understand what’s working, and
identify where clearer processes and stronger systems can help move strategy forward. Much
of her work focuses on organizations in transition, where aligning strategy with day-to-day
operations is essential before growth can occur.
Caitlyn brings hands-on nonprofit leadership and mentorship experience through her service as
Treasurer for the Boston Chapter of the National Contract Management Association and as a
mentor with Women of Color Entrepreneurs (WOCE) of Boston, where she supports
entrepreneurs with business planning and scaling growth.
Caitlyn is passionate about women’s sports and leadership development. A former collegiate
lacrosse player, she currently coaches young female athletes, focusing on confidence,
teamwork, and resilience on and off the field.
Caitlyn holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with a focus on Finance and
Technology Management and is currently pursuing an MBA with a concentration in Social
Impact.
