Johana has over 15 years of experience in strategy and consulting. Having worked across sectors, Johana has grounded her career in a passion for fostering inclusive solutions that empower individuals and communities alike. She has experience working at national nonprofits, corporations, and startups. Her expertise spans a wide array of areas from management consulting, nonprofit management, new business development, strategic planning, education and workforce development, stakeholder and community engagement, and the design, launch, and startup operations of cross-sector strategic initiatives.
Born and raised in Colombia, Johana pursued her postsecondary education in Urban Planning and Public Administration in Chicago and furthered her academic pursuits by earning an MBA from MIT Sloan. She enjoys exploring New England has to offer and traveling around the world to discover mindblowing corners of unique culture and re-energizing nature.
