Matthew McTygue

Matt McTygue is a partner at Hogan Lovells, a global law firm. His corporate practice focuses on private equity, M&A and other corporate transactions. Matt also serves on the Executive Committee and as Vice President of the Boston Bar Association, where he previously served as the Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Section Co-Chair, Secretary and Treasurer. Matt is also a member of the board of Leadership Brainery and a former member of the Greater Boston Chamber of Commerce.
