Mental Health and Substance Abuse Resources

Trans Lifeline is a grassroots hotline and microgrants offering direct emotional and financial support to trans people in crisis – for the trans community, by the trans community. Call (877) 565-8860 or visit them online.

The Trevor Project is the world’s largest suicide prevention and crisis intervention organization for LGBTQ+ young people. Chat with a trained counselor via call or text.

Live Another Day is dedicated to providing equal access to life-saving substance abuse and mental health resources. The site features QTBIPOC recovery guide as well as curated lists of the top-rated rehab centers throughout the country.

Detox Local acts as a resource with extensive information on safely quitting drugs and alcohol, as well as guides for QTPOC and LGBTQ folx.

Locate drug rehab facilities near you that provide LGBTQIA+ clients with an inclusive and accepting place for addiction recovery through evidence-based treatment for substance abuse, sexual health and mental health.
