Tony Giannotti is a DE&I Specialist at Foley Hoag LLP, where he drives inclusive workplace strategy
through learning and development, stakeholder engagement, and affinity group advising. He leads the firm’s journey to inclusive leadership program, supports the strategic evolution of 12Affinity Groups, and oversees a firmwide DEI communications strategy.

Prior to Foley Hoag, Tony served as a Senior Associate at Seramount, a division of EAB, where he
advised Fortune 500 leaders on DEI best practices, contributed to thought leadership publications, and
facilitated high-impact sessions on topics including Fatphobia in the Workplace. He holds an M.Ed. in
Social Justice Education from Clemson University and a BS in Accounting from Salem State
University.

Tony is known for his recklessly authentic, radically inclusive approach to leadership and community
building. Now based in Providence, RI, he continues to advocate for intersectional
equity—particularly around body size inclusion—and brings a lens of joy, nuance, and deep curiosity
to everything he does.
